McCulley Counselling

Hello, my name is Mary and I am a registered BACP Person-Centred counsellor, who did not think, nor realise that I needed counselling.

On my counselling journey and I have, crawled, stopped, stumbled, fallen and reflected so many times. I have cried, sobbed my heart out. Felt so angry, realised I could feel at times happy, without the fear of not deserving it or something might happen.

I have had so many realisations of why I had my barriers, why I had protected myself so much. But now I know what healthy boundaries are, what serves me in my life and what does not.

 Along the way, I have discovered a respect, likeness, and love for myself, that I never knew existed. I have finally found and accepted all my quirks and the uniqueness of being me.
